CHANGING LIVES THROUGH EDUCATION

Since its founding in 1987, Ridgefield A Better Chance (RABC) has sought to change the lives of young women of color through educational opportunities that will provide them with the tools to assume positions of responsibility and leadership in American society.

OUR IMPACT

62 RABC Scholars have graduated from Ridgefield High School and have gone on to study at leading Universities & Colleges. Many of our alumnae have pursued advanced degrees in medicine, technology, business & law. From leading Fortune 500 companies to impacting lives in their communities, our scholars have gone on to become respected, productive individuals who help make the world a better place.
