Our Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors come from a diverse mix of personal backgrounds and professional expertise. However, we do share one common trait – the board strives to provide the best educational and personal growth environment possible for all of the Scholars who come to Ridgefield.

Through a variety of committees, the board supports the Scholars through their academic success and personal growth while they are in Ridgefield. The board selects and supervises the staff, owns and maintains the house, and ensures the financial and community support for the program.
