WHO WE ARE

Since its founding in 1987, Ridgefield A Better Chance (RABC) has been giving outstanding and academically-gifted young women of color, the opportunity to pursue their goals of receiving a premier high school education. With the support of their families, the scholars apply to this program in the hopes of achieving a promising future.

OUR IMPACT

66 RABC Scholars have graduated from Ridgefield High School and have gone on to study at leading Universities & Colleges. Many of our alumnae have pursued advanced degrees in medicine, technology, business & law. From leading Fortune 500 companies to impacting lives in their communities, our scholars have gone on to become respected, productive individuals who help make the world a better place.
